Seadramons

I seem to grab a Betamon early on everytime I play a Digimon game. They tend to guarantee a cool-looking Mega in Metalseadramon at least, since digivolutions aren't exactly as set in stone like Pokemon (Geogreymon couldn't become Shinegreymon in Digimon World DS for example).
